Rivera is shown at the ribbon cutting ceremony along with his wife Clara on March 6th 2013 opening the doors to Refuge of Hope Church. Clara will be leading the ministry as Pastor. Many thanks to the Rivera Family for allowing us to be a part of the restoration project.
